Dear Ice Skate Memorial City Skaters and Families,
As we prepare for the closing of Ice Skate Memorial City on July 31, we want to provide an update regarding refunds for unused freestyle points. After careful consideration, Ice Skate Memorial city has established the following refund guidelines:
- Customers who have actively skated at our facility within the past six months and purchased freestyle point packages within the last year will be eligible for refund consideration.
- Customers who have not skated consistently at the facility in more than six months will not be eligible for a refund.
- During our Black Friday promotion, the purchase limit was clearly stated as a maximum of two packages per customer. Customers who purchased more than the allowed limit (such as 200- or 400-session purchases) will not be eligible for refunds on the remaining points from those excess purchases.
Refunds will begin being processed after the rink closes on July 31 and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. I understand this is a difficult time for our skating community, and I know many of you have questions and concerns. Please know that I will continue to advocate for every customer who qualifies for a refund and will do everything I can to ensure each situation is reviewed fairly. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and for being a valued part of the Ice Skate Memorial City family. It has truly been an honor to serve this incredible community.
Thank you,
Ice Skate Memorial City Management
